Nature of the Workshop​

 

The workshop offers a handcrafted candle-making experience, carried out directly by the participants with the guidance and support of the team.
Each client actively takes part in creating their own candle in a warm and welcoming environment.

Participant Responsibility

 

Booking a workshop implies voluntary participation in a hands-on activity involving the handling of hot wax, fragrances, and heated equipment.
As such, the client agrees to:

• strictly follow all safety and usage instructions provided

• adopt careful and appropriate behavior throughout the workshop

The client acknowledges that they participate at their own responsibility.

The workshop cannot be held liable for any bodily injury, material damage, or immaterial damage occurring during the workshop, particularly in cases involving:

• improper handling

• failure to follow instructions

• careless or inappropriate behavior

Additional Options: Brunch and Unheated Pool Access

 

Certain packages may include additional services such as brunch or access to an unheated swimming pool.

By selecting these options, the client expressly acknowledges that they:

• have received the necessary information and instructions regarding their use

• are able to participate safely

• freely and knowingly accept participation

The client acknowledges and agrees that participation in these activities is entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

Consequently, the workshop cannot be held liable for any accident, injury, or incident occurring in connection with the use of these additional services.

Allergies and Sensitivities

 

The materials used (wax, fragrances, dyes) may cause reactions in certain individuals.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform the workshop, prior to the session, of any known allergies or sensitivities. Failing this, the workshop cannot be held responsible for any potential reaction.

Booking and Payment

 

All bookings are considered final upon full payment.

As spaces are limited, no reservation can be guaranteed without prior payment.

Modifications and Cancellations

 

Any request for modification or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop date.

• More than 48 hours before: modification possible, subject to availability

• Less than 48 hours before: no refund or rescheduling will be granted

• In the event of a no-show: the full service remains due

No Delivery or Returns

 

As candles are handmade on-site by participants:

• no delivery service is offered

• no returns or refunds can be provided

Acceptance of Terms

 

Confirming a reservation implies full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.​

Image Rights and Content Ownership

 

During workshops, photographs and/or videos may be taken.

Unless the participant expressly objects before the beginning of the workshop, they authorize the workshop to capture and use their image for communication purposes (social media, website, promotional materials).

All photographs and videos created during the workshops remain the exclusive property of the workshop.

They are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
