Refund Policy – General Information

At Candle Escape, each reservation is carefully prepared to offer you a unique and personalized experience.

• Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the workshop may be subject to a refund or a postponement of the reservation.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop cannot unfortunately be refunded.

• If you are unable to attend, it is possible to transfer your reservation to another person by informing us in advance.

• If Candle Escape exceptionally has to cancel or postpone a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or a new date.
